We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. In case you want to return your order, returns are accepted within 30 days starting from the delivery date.
Contact us within 5 days upon receiving the item for return requests. A prepaid label will be provided upon request.
The item must be returned in the same condition as they were received, not used or altered in any way.
All packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs, should be the same as the original. You should ship the item to be returned as you received it.
All accessories such as cords, certificates, manuals, warranties, and rebate cards, “free products”, “gifts” or bonus items, or all items included in a bundle should be returned together.
Returns are accepted for USA buyers only.
Return Shipping
The shipping of returns is the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact us for exceptions.
Damaged Items
We’re shipping our orders with insurance. Therefore, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please provide us the following photos:
1- Damaged merchandise inside the box displayed as it arrived to you.
2- Packaging material used (bubble wrap, styrofoam, etc.)
3- Damaged item outside of the box.
4- A close-up of the shipping label with tracking number.
5- If available, a close-up of the box manufacturer's certificate (BMC).
6- 1 photo displaying the top and 2 sides.
7- 1 photo displaying the bottom and the opposite sides.
