We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. In case you want to return your order, returns are accepted* within 30 days starting from the delivery date.

Contact us within 5 days upon receiving the item for return requests. You can reach the return form below, fill out the form and start the return process. Depending on the return reason, we may ask for photographs or other information required to understand your issue better.

Item Condition

The item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with no use or alteration. When we receive the returned item(s), our returns department will evaluate the condition change from open box to used.

All packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs, should be the same as the original. You should ship the item to be returned as you received it.

All accessories such as cords, certificates, manuals, warranties, and rebate cards, "free products", "gifts" or bonus items, or all items included in a bundle should be returned together. If any of the gifts or bonus items listed above is missing in the return shipping, it may result in a gift fee being deducted from the return amount you receive.

Incorrect Address

If a customer doesn't give enough information about their address and the order has to be sent back, the customer may have to pay the shipping cost.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges of any kind. If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, please start a return process for the item you received and purchase the new item.

Return Shipping

The shipping of returns is the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact us for exceptions.

A prepaid label will be provided upon request. Please note that the prepaid shipping label cost will be deducted from the return amount you will receive.

Damaged Items

We’re shipping our orders with insurance. Therefore, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please provide us the following photos:

1- Damaged merchandise inside the box displayed as it arrived to you.

2- Packaging material used (bubble wrap, styrofoam, etc.)

3- Damaged item outside of the box.

4- A close-up of the shipping label with tracking number.

5- If available, a close-up of the box manufacturer's certificate (BMC).

6- 1 photo displaying the top and 2 sides.

7- 1 photo displaying the bottom and the opposite sides.

Refunds

We'll issue a refund to the your original payment method after we evaluate your returned item.

Full refund considered as the returned item price in full.

If there is any extra shipping cost involved in the order total, only the item cost will be refunded.

Return Restrictions

Returns are accepted for USA buyers only.

We may not accept returns for some items, including but not limited in categories "Food & Beverage", "Baby Formulas" and any other item with an expiration date or any other item with hygiene or safety concerns.
